The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, has announced exciting job opportunities for the year 2025 under the Directorate of Provincial Healthcare Service Monitoring & Evaluation System. These vacancies are available on a contract basis and are open to both men and women with relevant qualifications and experience.

Vacant Positions

There are two main posts announced:

1. Surveillance Assistant (PPS-05)

   • No. of Posts: 50

   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years

   • Education: Graduation (14 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT with at least a 2nd Division, or a diploma in computer sciences with graduation.

2. Monitoring Assistant (PPS-04)

• No. of Posts: 220

• Age Limit: Up to 50 years

• Education: Graduation (14 years) with experience in survey/data collection or ex-servicemen with health data experience.

Key Requirements

• Only candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible.

• For Monitoring Assistant, a motorbike driving license is mandatory.

• Basic IT knowledge (like tablet and computer use) is required.

• Special quotas are available for women, minorities, and disabled persons.

• Transgenders are encouraged to apply.

• These jobs are non-transferable and project-based.

• Fill the online application form.

• Choose up to 2 districts for posting preference.

• Send the application form, CNIC copy, and 2 passport-size photos to NTS by courier.

• Pay the test fee using the 1-link bill invoice system from banks or mobile wallets.

All applications must reach NTS before the 20th of June, 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Final Notes

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview.

• Minimum 50% marks are required to qualify the NTS test.
