The Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO), a key distributor and supplier of electricity, is proud to announce its Paid Internship Program for 2025. LESCO currently supplies electricity to over six million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana districts. This internship initiative is designed to provide final-year graduate students with practical exposure, skill enhancement, and financial support over a two-month period.

LESCO’s internship program is open to students from various academic disciplines relevant to its operations. The program offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while receiving a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000. Available Internship Departments and Eligibility

1. Operations, Technical Directorate
   This department seeks 60 interns who are final-year students in BSc Engineering, MSc Electrical, or equivalent programs. This opportunity is ideal for students aiming to build their technical expertise in the power distribution sector.

2. Finance Directorate
   Ten internship positions are available for students in their final year of MBA (Finance), M.Com, BSc (Hons), or equivalent qualifications. This role provides practical knowledge in financial management within a large utility company.

3. Human Resources / Administration Directorate
   Final-year MBA, MPA (HRM), or BSc (Hons) students can apply for 10 internships focused on human resources and administration functions, gaining insights into organizational management and employee relations.

4. Information Technology
   For 10 interns, this department invites applications from students pursuing BSCS, BSc, MS (IT), MCS, MBIT, or equivalent 16 years of education. The program offers experience in managing IT infrastructure and digital systems critical to LESCO’s operations.

5. Customer Services
   Ten internships are open for final-year MBA (Marketing), BSc (Hons), or equivalent students. Interns will get exposure to customer relations, marketing strategies, and service improvement in a utility company context.
