Financial Management 

Achieving key performance targets and financial budgets set by RHRB pertaining to solicitation of NTBs. Exploring new business opportunities through frequent field visits.

Making calls to prospective NTB customers on regular basis. Moreover, follow-up to be made on existing customers for recovery of Mark-up and Principal.

Keeping Non-performing Loans at the accepted level.

Prepare credit cases and follow banks laid down credit process till disbursement.

Customer Service 

Create a customer friendly experience to ensure customers are facilitated in the most efficient manner. Help/ assist customer to fill-in application form.

Maintain relationship with the farmers and use the approach relevant to the stage of collections as per Agri legal & recovery Manual

Maintain good relationship and inform borrowers in advance for repayment date.

Coordinate and update BM on all business acquisition and recovery.

Conduct follow-ups and apprise BM and RHRB on the productivity achieved on the number of accounts introduced, calls per day and commitments fulfilled.

Discuss and finalize monthly activities calendar in consultation with the BM and RHRB
