Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for:

• Contacting customers via calls and physical visits to remind them about overdue payments.

• Managing assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

• Tracing customers who are out of contact and working to achieve recovery goals.

• Updating account statuses and sharing progress reports with management.

• Escalating problematic accounts and ensuring adherence to the bank’s collection policies.

• Handling complaints and guiding customers to the helpline for resolution.

• Maintaining high compliance with BOP’s Code of Conduct and Debit Collection Guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: A minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Age: Maximum 40 years as of the application date.

• Experience:

• For OG-II: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

• For OG-IV / OG-III: Fresh graduates or postgraduates are also eligible.
