✅ Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Officer, your main role is to help grow the bank’s business. You will be expected to meet monthly sales targets in the following areas:

CASA deposits (Current & Savings Accounts)
-
Consumer Products
-
Cross-selling financial services
-
Mutual Fund Products
You must also understand market trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, banking operations, trade finance, and related areas.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Banking).

From a recognized university.

Minimum CGPA of 2.5, or 45% marks (in percentage system).
Experience:
-
Fresh graduates can apply

Prior experience in sales or banking will be a plus.
Age Limit:

18 to 35 years as of the last date to apply.
