They are responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Meezan Bank's products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Meezan Bank's products and services
* Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree Preferable Master in any discipline
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service orientation
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
