1. General Banking Officer (Female Batch) – OG-III
NBP is looking for highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented females in the area of Operations for the post of General Banking Officer, OG-III.

Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Bannu, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Gwadar, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Mansehra, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur A.K, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Muzaffarabad A.K, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalakot, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sibi, Sukkur, and Vehari.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University/College/Institute recognized by HEC with at least 60% marks or minimum CGPA 2.5
- Age: Maximum 35 years (as on last date of submission of application)
- Experience: Candidates with 01 year of relevant banking experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all front & back-office transactions efficiently
- Manage remittance related activities and open/maintain customer accounts
- Monitor inoperative and dormant accounts, serve notices to unclaimed account holders
- Process online transactions, remittances, and issuance of financial instruments
- Process inward and outward clearing in line with internal SOPs and Prudential Regulations
- Process ATM claim settlements and maintain lockers
- Manage cash handling activities and term deposits (issuance, payments, balancing of TDR)
- Assist Operations Manager in promoting Travelers Cheques, Saving Bonds, Money Orders, and Cashier Cheques
- Scrutinize transaction vouchers, maintain auditable trail, and generate month-end reports
2. Customer Service Representative – OG-III
NBP is also looking for highly motivated, confident, and career-oriented individuals in the area of Operations for the post of Customer Service Representative, OG-III.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University/College/Institute recognized by HEC
- Age: Maximum 30 years (as on last date of submission of application)
- Experience: Candidates with 01 year of call center experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and address customer queries related to accounts, cards, loans, and digital services
- Log customer complaints efficiently and escalate to the appropriate department(s)
- Provide accurate information regarding the Bank's products, services, and policies
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, scripts, and call-handling guidelines
- Perform international outbound calls and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Make verification calls for transactions and product requests
- Provide customer support across assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Provide information regarding new banking products and promotional campaigns
Other Knowledge / Competencies Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective team player with good customer service abilities
- Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Professional and empathetic telephone manner
