The bank is currently hiring Business Development Officers (BDO) across Pakistan. Job Overview

The Business Development Officer (BDO) plays a key role in promoting the bank’s products and services, especially deposit products and wealth management solutions. The main responsibility is to help branches grow their business through sales and cross-selling while maintaining the highest standards of Shariah compliance, service quality, audit, and compliance.

This is a contract-based position for 1 year, which can be renewed based on performance. High-performing individuals may be offered permanent employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education: 14 years (Bachelor's degree) from an HEC-recognized university or institute.

• Age limit: Maximum 30 years as of the application deadline (July 18, 2025).

• Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are eligible.

• Age relaxation: 2 years for Hafiz-e-Quran or those with Shahadat ul Alimiyah.

• Skills required: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
