University of Lahore Launches Management Trainee Program 2025 for Fresh Graduates

The University of Lahore (UOL) has opened an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates through its Management Trainee Program 2025, aimed at grooming the next generation of professionals in both business and technical fields. This initiative is ideal for individuals passionate about IT services, business management, or technical infrastructure and eager to gain real-world experience in a prestigious academic environment.

The program offers two distinct tracks: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) and Technical Trainee Officer (TTO). For those inclined toward commerce, trade, finance, or business studies, the MTO program is an excellent fit. Applicants must hold a 16-year Bachelor's degree with at least a 3.00 CGPA. Meanwhile, the TTO program targets graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering, also requiring a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

What sets this program apart is its focus on fresh graduates—those just stepping out of university and into the professional world. The initial contract lasts for two years, providing hands-on exposure and skill development in functional and administrative domains of IT and design. Compensation is also competitive: PKR 60,000 per month in the first year and PKR 80,000 in the second year, all-inclusive.

In addition to these tracks, UOL also offers the Ace Technical Officer (ATO) program tailored for diploma holders. This program seeks to develop technical support professionals in areas such as IT infrastructure, lab management, and technical operations. Candidates must have a three-year DAE in Electronics, IT, or a related field from a recognized board with at least 60% marks. The ATO program also spans two years, offering a starting stipend of PKR 37,000, increasing to PKR 60,000 in the second year.
