The Bank of Khyber (BoK) has launched a remarkable initiative aimed at promoting inclusivity and equal opportunity in the banking sector. The Internship Opportunities 2025 for Differently Abled Persons (Persons with Disabilities - PWDs) is a transformative internship program designed to empower talented individuals with disabilities. This 6 to 8 weeks internship offers an excellent platform for personal growth, professional development, and financial independence.

The program seeks to provide differently abled individuals with hands-on experience in various branches and departments of BoK. By creating accessible learning environments, BoK aims to unlock the potential of these individuals, build their confidence, and improve their financial literacy. The initiative also promotes inclusive workplace practices and aims to open long-term career pathways in the banking sector for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must be:

• A person with a disability, verified by NADRA or the Social Welfare Department.

• A fresh graduate or a graduating student with a qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

• The maximum age limit is 32 years.

Stipend and Benefits

A reasonable stipend will be paid to the selected interns, helping them support themselves during the internship period. This financial support reflects BoK’s commitment to inclusion and empowerment.
