Main Duties and Responsibilities

Credit Officer

  • Support the Regional Executive Credit in reviewing and analyzing credit proposals of SME and Agri, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and climate-related risks.
  • Analyze working capital and requirements for both SME and Agri segments, including production and development loans as well as seasonal financing requirements.
  • Comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Structure credit limits in conjunction with actual borrower requirements and the offered collateral.
  • Assist in rectifying internal/external audit observations.
  • Coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of farm and non-farm credit lifecycles, along with awareness of green banking and environmental, social, and climate-related risks.
  • Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

CAD Officer

  • Assist in scrutiny of the Sanction Advice Facility/Offer Letter with reference to the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB).
  • Support the preparation of standard documentation, such as IBs for SME customers.
  • Support the preparation of the Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC).
  • Supervise the Registration of Charge with SECP through BLA.
  • Assist in conducting in-house visits of pledge sites and coordinate outsourced inspections of pledged stocks.
  • Feed details into the system regarding approved facilities, collateral, insurance, and other related details.
  • Support the monitoring of allowed deferrals and follow-up for completion of deferred formalities within the stipulated time.
  • Monitor the expiry status of insurance policies for collaterals/stocks held by the bank.
  • Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
