Eligibility & Quota Distribution

Posts are distributed across Merit, Zone-I to Zone-VI, Female Quota, Minority Quota, and Disabled Quota as per KPPSC's regional allocation policy. Both male and female candidates are eligible for most posts unless specifically restricted (e.g., Sub Divisional Forest Officer and Associate Professor Pakistan Studies are male-only positions).

Application Fee

An application fee of Rs. 500/- (excluding service charges) must be deposited through the 1 Bill Option available in all banking apps (NBP, HBL, ABL, BOK, BoP, etc.) and microfinance apps (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, etc.).

General Conditions

  • Eligibility of candidates shall be determined as per Service Rules/Instructions of the Provincial Government/Department and the Commission's Regulation 2017.
  • Information claimed in the online application form will be treated as final.
  • Only one application is required per serial; candidates applying for various quotas should mention serial and sub-serial numbers specifically.
  • Documents are not required at the time of submission; candidates who qualify the test must submit documents within 15 days of result announcement, failing which applications will be rejected.
  • Candidates applying against disability quota must submit disability certificates issued by the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.
  • Candidates possessing dual domicile on the closing date will be rejected.
  • Threshold for passing ability tests is 33% marks.
  • Maximum age limit is relaxable up to 10 years for disabled persons/divorced/widow and Government servants with 2 years' continuous service, and up to 3 years for candidates from backward areas.
  • Five (05) years automatic relaxation will be allowed to Minority candidates.
  • Call letters for tests will be placed on the PSC website; candidates must keep visiting the website for updates.
  • Government reserves the right not to fill any or fill less than the advertised posts.
