Eligibility Criteria

PNSC invites applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  BBA, MBA, BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, Software, Mechatronics, Naval Architecture),
  Bachelor/Master in Mass Communication, Media Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Law (LLB),
  CA (CAF Passed), ACMA/ACCA (Qualified or Finalist), Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting & Finance

• Minimum Marks/CGPA: 60% or 2.5 out of 4.0

• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years

• Institution: HEC-recognized institutes only

Program Structure

Initially, selected individuals will be placed as Interns for a period of one year. Based on their performance, they may be promoted to the Management Trainee role for another year. This two-tier system ensures that only high-performing individuals progress into long-term career tracks.
