Basic Training Course for Female Welfare Workers (FWW) 2025 – Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), invites applications from eligible female candidates for admission to the Basic Training Course for Female Welfare Workers (FWW) for the year 2025. This 24-month training program is offered by the Regional Training Institute (RTI), Peshawar, and its sub-centers located in different districts across the province.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have passed SSC (Science Group) with Pre-Medical subjects, securing at least 45% marks. Candidates must be residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or merged districts. The minimum age requirement is 14 years and the maximum is 35 years on the closing date of application submission.
Quota Distribution:
5% Minority Quota
2% Quota for Disabled Persons
5% Quota for Orphan Girls
Candidates applying under any quota must provide valid and verifiable documentary proof at the time of application.

Important Instructions:
The final date for submitting applications is July 8, 2025.
No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in interviews.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
A monthly stipend of PKR 6,000 will be provided to the selected candidates during the training period, subject to RTI rules and regulations.
Selected candidates must provide original educational certificates, CNIC/Form-B, domicile, and recent passport-size photographs at the time of admission.
