The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt/Garrisons) Directorate, Ministry of Defence, has announced 700 contract-based teaching vacancies across Pakistan. Job Details and Quota Distribution

A total of 700 vacancies are available under various quotas including Punjab, Sindh (Rural/Urban), KPK, Balochistan, EX-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and AJK. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply. These jobs are contract-based for one year, extendable upon performance.

Qualification Requirements

For SST posts, candidates must have a 16 years Master's degree along with B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification. For TGT posts, a 14 years Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject with B.Ed is required. Subjects include English, Urdu, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• SST: 22 to 30 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)

• TGT: 20 to 28 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation)

Additional age relaxation is granted to government employees, disabled persons, and special categories including tribal areas, widows, and children of deceased civil servants.

Posting & Selection Process

Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan. The selection process includes a written test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates. The written tests will be conducted in major cities including Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Multan, and Peshawar.
