Eligibility Criteria

  • Recruitment shall be made purely on merit.

  • Serving Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees must apply through proper channel and produce an NOC at the time prescribed by the recruiting authority.

Qualification / Age / Experience / Salary

  • Principal: Minimum 16 years' education – Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized institution; minimum 17 years' experience as a Principal or senior faculty member, preferably in a reputable institution; strong leadership and managerial capabilities; in-depth knowledge of school administration, curriculum development, hiring and grooming; proficiency in English communication is required. Age limit: up to 63 years. Salary: BS-20 equivalent pay package + one extra basic pay per month.
  • Teachers (all subjects): 16 years' education [Master's / BS / BSc(Hons) / BA(Hons)] in the relevant subject, minimum 2nd Division, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00 from an HEC-recognized institution; M.Ed/B.Ed will be given due advantage (Montessori Training Diploma/Certificate for Montessori Teacher); good English communication skills required. Age limit: up to 50 years. Salary: DS-16 + one additional basic pay.
