Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) position must meet one of the following qualification requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with a Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from a local/foreign HEC-recognized institute in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Insurance, or equivalent field, with at least 60% marks; OR
  • Equivalent professional qualification such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, or PIPFA.
